Mobile service · Murrieta & Temecula

We come to you.

Mobile service from Murrieta. Club Car, EZGO, Yamaha, Cushman.

Golf carts that die on the hills, packs that won’t hold a charge, and custom Club Car, EZGO, Yamaha, and Cushman work — done in the driveway, not across the county.

Most jobs don’t need a trailer.

Dies on hills

A cart that feels fine on a flat street can quit halfway up a Murrieta grade. The usual causes are a pack that sags under load, a controller that can’t hold the hill, or a motor, cable, or solenoid that drops out when it gets hot.

We come to the cart and check it there. If it needs lithium, a different controller, or just a repair, you get a quote for that work. We don’t publish prices — the cart in front of us is the quote.

Lithium vs lead

Lead-acid is what a lot of these carts shipped with. It works until the hill asks for current and the voltage falls off. Lithium holds voltage better, weighs less, and charges faster. It is still a fitment job. Charger, controller, and sometimes a converter have to agree with the pack.

Same bay, one cart. Six Trojan batteries came out. One lithium pack went in the space they left.

After. Lithium pack in the same bay.
Weight
Lead-acid. Heavy. A full lead pack is a two-person lift.
Lithium. Much lighter. That matters on a lift and on a grade.
On a hill
Lead-acid. Voltage sags under load. That’s the cart that dies halfway up.
Lithium. Voltage stays flatter, so more of the pack is actually usable.
Upkeep
Lead-acid. Watering, corrosion, and cables that work loose.
Lithium. No watering. The charger and controller still have to match.
Charge
Lead-acid. Often an overnight sit.
Lithium. Usually much faster. It depends on the charger, not a slogan.
Fit
Lead-acid. What a lot of older carts left the factory with.
Lithium. Not a universal drop-in. The four makes do not share a diagram.

Custom builds

A lift changes more than the look. Taller tires change speed and how hard the motor works. A controller changes how the cart takes a hill and how it stops. We do that work on Club Car, EZGO, Yamaha, and Cushman, where the cart already sits.

  • Lithium upgrades matched to the make, not a universal kit tossed in the bay.
  • Controllers, motors, and the wiring between them.
  • Lifts and tires, with gearing and heat checked before you drive off.
  • The smaller electrical fixes that leave a cart dead in the driveway.

Book service

Year, make, model, what’s wrong, your city, and a phone. It goes out as a text. The quote comes after we’ve heard the problem — not from a menu. Or email sales@thegolfcartgurus.com.

  1. 1Tell us the cart and the problem.
  2. 2We come to the driveway and diagnose it.
  3. 3You get a quote for that cart, then we do the work on site when we can.

Opens a text to (951) 234-7640 or an email to sales@thegolfcartgurus.com. Nothing is saved on this website, and there is no price until we’ve heard the problem.
